As the Business Development lead for Elios Clinics’ Medical Cannabis program in the Midlands, Zulfiqar brings over 23 years of international experience in researching, patenting, and commercializing pharmaceutical, Biotech, and medical cannabis products. With a meticulous focus on the compound effectiveness within oncology, pain, and palliative care, he has worked with some of the biggest pharma and Biotechnology companies. Over the past decade, Zulfiqar has also been involved in the medical cannabis industry. Currently, his focus is on finding pragmatic solutions to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, procuring generic antivirals, and innovative solutions like iSMART.
