To begin the process, you can create an account and complete our eligibility questionnaire. We will then request relevant medical records from you to confirm if medical cannabis is a suitable treatment option. If necessary, we can also obtain the records on your behalf.
Our team of clinicians will review your application and, if appropriate, progress you to the next stage. You will need to confirm that you understand our terms of treatment, and we will verify your identity.
Once you've completed the initial steps, you'll receive an invitation to book a virtual consultation with our clinicians. After your consultation, our Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), composed of doctors and pharmacists, will discuss your case to ensure that any medication prescribed is appropriate and safe.
If approved by the MDT, your prescription will be sent to you via recorded delivery or your nominated pharmacy. Our partner pharmacy will contact you to arrange payment and dispensation.
We will keep you up-to-date and provide reminders for any required follow-up consultations. If you need to request more medication, you can do so by logging in and making a prescription request.
